QUALITY POLICY
FUNORSA manufactures products aimed at a diverse, demanding market. Because of that, it states its commitment to manufacture them in accordance with the standards and contractual requirements demanded, as well as committing itself to comply with the legal requirements of Safety and Health at Work and respect for the Environment.
In order to achieve that, we have adequate facilities and a specific organization designed to avoid risks for Safety and Health at Work and eliminate any kind of environmental impact.
FUNORSA has developed a production system based in continuous improvement, quality and a service that allows our customers to be fully satisfied in a sustainable way.

FUNORSA is committed to supporting Environmental Protection and the prevention of pollution in the development of its daily activity, complying with current legislation.
SAFETY POLICY
FUNORSA promotes and supports good practices in Occupational Health and Safety, aimed at eliminating and/or minimizing the risks inherent in the activity carried out. It provides the necessary collective protections and individual protection equipment that guarantees Health and Safety in Work during the stay in the workplace.
CERTIFICATIONS
We are ISO 9001: 2015 certified by DNV GL. We have a large number of approvals by external companies that corroborate the quality of the products supplied: Deutsche Bahn HPQ, American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, DNV GL, TÜV, Det Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register, EN 15085.
LABORATORY
Our quality department has the necessary equipment to verify the process and the final features of the pieces according to customer requirements:
- Spectrometer
- Strain Gauge
- Charpy pendulum
- Hardness tester
- Non-destructive tests: Magnetic particles, ultrasound and penetrating liquids carried out by UNE EN 473: 2001 certified team.
Approved suppliers to perform dimensional controls, XR controls and hydrostatic tests.
